Respect for rights holders

Orlivon is intended for lawful media workflows only. Rights holders should have a clear channel to report suspected misuse.

Notice requirements

A notice should identify the rights holder, the copyrighted work, the relevant source URL, the Orlivon-related URL or identifier, contact information, the basis of the claim, a good-faith statement and an electronic signature or equivalent declaration.

Repeat infringement

Orlivon may block URLs or technical identifiers and restrict repeated misuse when supported by sufficiently identified reports and applicable law.

How reports are handled

Orlivon may acknowledge a sufficiently identified report, verify that it concerns the Service, preserve only the information needed to evaluate it, restrict the relevant URL or identifier when appropriate, request missing information, and record the final action. False, abusive, incomplete, or unrelated reports may be rejected.

A restriction by Orlivon affects processing through this Service only. It does not remove the original content from the source platform; reports seeking source removal should also be sent to that platform.
